This Supplier Portal was made to establish our minimum supplier expectations and to provide:
- Access to RIMAC’s General Terms and Conditions
- Guidance to interested suppliers on how to contact RIMAC’s Purchasing Office
- Being market leader in Quality, Technology and Delivery
- ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 certified
- Be financially healthy and stable
- Guidance to newly approved suppliers on gaining access to RIMAC’s Supplier Applications.
Access & Applications
Our web-based applications provide an opportunity to quickly provide information through the Internet on a secure site. Both approved RIMAC suppliers and new ones can gain access to our Supplier Portal.
New Suppliers Registration Process
Each supplier must register within RIMAC’s Supplier Portal. The registration process will guide Suppliers through our due diligence process to get fully approved as RIMAC Supplier.
If your company is not currently registered with RIMAC, please access our Supplier Portal and fill in the registration form. Once your form is approved and allocated to the responsible Buyer, we will contact you.

If you work for a supplier that is already registered, please contact your internal responsible contact person for creation of additional access to you.
If you don’t know who your contact is, contact your RIMAC Buyer and they will assist you.
Terms & Conditions
RIMAC is a global company. It is important to note, however, that it is the official company policy of RIMAC to conduct all of its business in English.
As a condition of using this Supplier Portal and being considered by RIMAC for the award of any contract, you agree that:
- All negotiations, communications, and notices in relation to or under any contract with RIMAC shall be in English, and
- RIMAC shall not be bound by any statement or representation made in any language other than English to the maximum extent permitted by law.
